Kairui Xiansheng | From campus to workplace, their first lesson in growth!

2026-07-30

Moving from campus to the workplace, growth is never just about changing one's identity, but also means a comprehensive upgrade of cognition, abilities, and thinking. To help the 2026 Kairui School successfully complete the role transition, Kaijin has carefully created a systematic training course covering multiple dimensions such as industry awareness, professional skills, professional ethics, and corporate culture. Over the course of six days, more than 20 special topic sharing sessions progressed step by step. The careful recording in class and the collision of thinking during interaction together formed the first growth lesson for Kairui's new stars entering Kaijin.

At the beginning of joining Kaijin, many students' understanding of the new energy industry is still at the conceptual level. However, this week's course has enabled everyone to truly understand the industry, products, and Kaijin. Company executives and lecturers from research and development, production, and other departments help students gradually establish a complete professional knowledge framework, covering industry development trends, negative electrode material systems, product design concepts, analysis and testing technologies. In class, regardless of whether they have relevant professional backgrounds, everyone actively participates in interaction. Students majoring in materials actively ask questions about product planning and technological development, while students in functional and marketing positions seize rare learning opportunities to proactively supplement their professional knowledge. Repeatedly asking questions, taking notes page by page, and creating mind maps have gradually transformed industry knowledge from abstract concepts to concrete ones, and provided everyone with a clearer understanding of the career they are about to pursue in the future.

From students to professionals, what needs to be learned is not only professional knowledge, but also thinking patterns and work methods. Centered around topics such as digital office, AI applications, logical thinking, communication and expression, and business etiquette, the lecturers shared a mandatory course for the workplace that is closely related to work reality with the students, based on their own experiences and real cases. In class, each situational case sparked lively discussions. The students actively participate in brainstorming, constantly collide with new ideas in communication, and begin to think about how to communicate efficiently and collaborate proactively. Growth is not achieved overnight, but rather accumulated through continuous thinking and practice. From outstanding students on campus to professionals who can stand on their own in the future, everyone is taking their first step.

To understand a company, one should not only know what it does, but also understand why it does so. Lecturers from finance, human resources, quality control, and other departments have outlined a management system for efficient operation of Kaijin, focusing on corporate culture, institutional norms, growth systems, and incentive mechanisms. From institutional processes, quality awareness, information security to performance incentives, growth and development, they have helped students further understand the system; Innovation, efficiency, and responsibility; The cultural connotations behind it. Outside of the classroom, many students actively record key content and exchange experiences, hoping to familiarize themselves with the company's operating rules in advance and prepare for faster integration into the team and adaptation to their positions in the future.

Growth never just happens in the classroom. After the end of each class, students gradually consolidate their knowledge system by reviewing, organizing, and communicating what they have learned throughout the day. Carefully recorded notes and complementary viewpoints also enable learning to move from "listening" to true "understanding".

The classroom at night is also full of vitality. A series of exciting debate competitions were held around the topic of youth workplace. Debaters argue with reason, broaden the boundaries of thinking in the collision of viewpoints, and gain a deeper understanding of the significance of teamwork and workplace communication.

The Fun Team Challenge cleverly integrates cooperation and competition, from drawing and guessing, guessing songs challenges, to creative competition formats such as race walking and rock paper scissors, with constant laughter on site. Knowledge is accumulated through learning, tacit understanding is established through interaction, and growth quietly occurs through repeated cooperation and speculation.

A six day course is not only a learning experience, but also a period of growth. From getting to know the industry for the first time to understanding the enterprise, from learning knowledge to cultivating professional thinking, from classroom recording to team collaboration, Kairui's new stars are gradually completing the role transformation from campus to the workplace.

We look forward to the 2026 Kairui students taking this training as a new starting point, always practicing the core values of innovation, efficiency, and responsibility in their future work, growing together with Kaijin and developing together with the industry, and writing their own youthful answers in the new journey of the new energy industry.
